To quote a sorority sister from college, it is hotter than two pigs in heat on their wedding night.
Yes, I know that it's a dry heat. But that does not change the fact that is 115 degrees and always bright and sunny. Poor Noah, no matter how many towels we put over his carseat, it is always hot when we put him in the car (Dan wants to buy a $50 ice pack that we can put over the carseat but I think it is a waste of $$). I started bringing my lunch to work. Why? Because it is so hot I don't even want to THINK about going outside unless I absolutely have to. And to add insult to injury, I drove my mom's car tonight which made me realize just how inferior the a/c in my car is to hers. This is what I get for buying a German car. It's like my ancestors are exacting revenge from beyond.
Right now, I REALLY miss Indiana winters.
