Noah had a bit of a rough night last night, and Dan and I aren't really sure why. He went sleep around 9:45 p.m., woke up screaming at 10:15 p.m. When we asked him why he was crying we couldn't get a straight answer. At first, he said it was because he was scared. Then he said it was because he wanted to bedroom door left open. We calmed him down and he cuddled (re: watched TV) in bed with us and at 10:45 p.m. Dan put him back to bed.At 11 p.m. Noah started screaming again. He was hysterical, and just as Dan and I started thinking to ourselves, "Oh crap, who's going to go in there and calm him down" Noah, through his tears began screaming, "I HAVE BOOGERS!! I HAVE BOOGERS!!"
At this point we're laughing. And Noah is losing his shit with each passing second. But Dan and I are too busy laughing at the "I HAVE BOOGERS" refrain to be bothered to go in the room. I kid you not, he was channeling Linda Blair.
Eventually we calmed him down. And this morning he started screaming at 5:45, to the point where he came and slept in our bed (which he's NEVER done). When I asked him this morning what was wrong he said, "Daddy didn't leave my door open."
