Needless to say, it's been a while folks.
In a nutshell, life can be summed up pretty succinctly.
August: The JCC Maccabi Games were great and we hosted two fabulous kids from Akron Ohio.
September: My job was eliminated and I became unemployed. Noah turned two and I turned 30. And by the way, all of this happened in the same week.
October:Still unemployed.
I was asked recently how I am spending my days since I am not working and Noah is in school all day. I workout. Occasionally I meet friends for lunch. I try to spend a few hours each day looking for jobs and then applying for them. Not only have I been cooking dinner, but I have been making more of an effort than I do when I am not working. I also watch Oprah. I like being at home, but the novelty wears off once the the severence runs out.
